Steve brought this into Meier Taxidermy Friday night. Matt Meier is giving away a free mount in his big buck contest this year, and this guy just took the lead with 149 and 6/8 inches.
Rifle hunters, it is not too late to enter. Call Matt on or before December 1st to get your name in the pot. Entry fee is $10. 620-222-2806 (Meier Taxidermy) 1st place will get a free mount and 2nd will receive $100 off. Matt and his wife, Heather will be holding a reception at the PC Saloon (1003 Main, Winfield) on December 20th at 2pm. Total contest results will be shown. Come on by and tell your hunting stories and bring your trophies to show off. Attendance is optional for winners and contestants.
