2009 Web pics

New buck showed up on my camera. I'm hoping this is the one I've collected sheds on the last two years. A rough guess put his sheds in the 150 range this last season.

Found one shed off my big eight point on Feb. 10.

I have been out three times shed hunting this year so far. I had the day off from work on MLK day and found a head which was eight point. I went on Feb. 8 with my two boys and found three fresh sheds, one old shed, and another head which was another eight point. I went out this morning on Feb. 10 and found half of my big eight pointer and another small shed that were fresh.

Latest picture of the 8pt. Looks like he survived rifle season, but got broke up a little bit. I guess I'll have to find his sheds.

PAYNE FAMILY BAGS TWO MORE BUCKS

Tom and Shanna Payne killed these bucks during archery season. Just when we thought Kansas bucks weren't going down this year! :) Shanna's buck grossed 125 and Tom's was 150.

NEW BUCK ON FIELD CAM

This is the buck I caught a glimpse of from the tree stand the other night. I was hoping to catch him on camera. He has some extra junk coming off the base. More pictures of him and the other large buck coming to my corn in the gallery.
